The degree to which we are able to deal intelligently with our emotions can considerably determine our success. A low level of Emotional Intelligence in the management of a company has damaging effects on the productivity, motivation and loyalty of employees. If companies want to continue booking successes, they will have to be lead by managers who can deal in a balanced way with the different dimensions of their intelligence (IQ, emotions, social skills and character traits, among others).

- Teaching the skills by which people can use their emotional intelligence as a lever with which to build better social relations, as well as better leadership and team skills
