Because:
  1. Resistance continues and teams find it difficult to rise to the challenges of their targets.
  2. Nothing will change as long as managers do not appropriately adjust their way of working with the people in their team.
  3. You will achieve better results by making changes to your organizational culture that accord with your strategy and goals.
  4. Mutual responsibility is important. Managers cannot achieve their results alone. Your co-workers must get clear feedback about your expectations and the way they are required to accept their responsibilities.
  5. Open dialogue may not be the easiest way, but it leads to clearer agreements and better commitment, motivation and productivity. To do this we use a unique and innovative approach with a minimum of risks attached.
  6. Sustained changes in the behavior patterns and mindset of managers are more likely to be achieved in a learning process that involves both individual and group assignments.
